My coaching journey began after losing several family members to preventable illnesses. Those moments changed everything for me. They made it clear that health is not something we can afford to postpone, negotiate with, or ignore.
I saw firsthand how small habits, left unaddressed, can lead to big consequences. And I knew I wanted to spend my life helping people take a different path.
That is why I created a coaching approach centered on sustainable, lifelong habit building instead of quick fixes, or extremes.
